Practice Conversation

Situation: A man and a woman are waiting at a bus stop.

Man : Excuse me, but you look like you need help.

Woman : Well, I do need help.

Man : What can I do for you?

Woman : I'm trying to find the Grand Hotel, and I don't know which bus to take.

Man : The Grand Hotel?

Woman : Yes, that's right.

Man : That's no problem. Most of these buses go right by there.

Woman : Thanks. Do you have the time?

Man : Sure. It's 4:45.

Woman : Really? I'm supposed to meet my friend at five.

Man : The traffic is a bit crowded today. You may want to take a taxi.

Woman : You're probably right. Can you help me get a taxi?

Man : If you'd like. Come this way.

Woman : Thank you so much for your help.

Man : Don't mention it.
